This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.

A few things you can expect… ~Wherever you decide to set up camp, we will provide a picnic table, trash can and fire pit with wood. ~We are super pet friendly so bring your furry family members and we will ensure they’re safe and comfortable as well. ~There is access to water from the main house. ~ Electricity can be provided depending on how close you set up to the house. WiFi as well. ~ We do have a chicken coop so you can expect to hear them throughout the day. ~ We are on a dead end road in a rural residential area. Situated on Floridas Space Coast with easy on and off access to HWY 95 in Mims, Florida the Indian River Camp provides a nice private place to relax. Local attractions are periodic front row seats to rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Playalinda Beeches and Historic Downtown Titusville. Come fish on the Indian River that is within walking distance. Currently we are only offering dry camping with water access and pets are welcome. Do not use the north driveway entrance! The last hurricane caused the phone lines on thr telephone pole to be much too short for most rigs!

Pleasant surprise! Even though the weather did not cooperate, the Host provided entertainment for all the campers for NEW YEARS. THERE WAS A "BURN BAN" so no fireworks. The Host compensated by giving EVEYONE with graffiti bombs 💣.... This place will be marked as a favorite spot!!!!

We had a great stay at Penny Lane! Mark and his wife were welcoming and made sure we had everything (50 to 30 converter). Their land is nestled amongst pet horses, chickens and moss covered oaks. I was peaceful yet minutes from Mount Dora and several hiking trailheads.

We had a great stay at the Relic Ranch :-) Definitely a unique place with lots to explore. The campground area was perfect for us, very spacious and private with a good amount of distance between sites, plus the giant trees are absolutely gorgeous. The porta potties were probably the cleanest ones i've ever seen! If you venture towards the main property check out the goats, they are very friendly! Thanks again!

Very kind and helpful. Accommodating. Pretty. Felt private. Didn't realize there was going to be a rooster at 3am but I get that a rooster crows when it wants to. Just went in the car to finish sleeping. No problem. Otherwise the wifi was great as I needed to homeschool with my kiddo and I we watched a movie 9 computer last night without any glitches.
