We have lived here over two decades. Our modest 5-acre property is home to Renée and Sean and our two dogs, two cats, and Maggie the horse. We live and work here full-time and absolutely love summers on the Southfork. We have 4 acres in hay and a huge garden. We both have workshops on the property and enjoy meeting and hosting travelers, since we spend so much time out here by ourselves. We don't yet have bathroom access set up for travelers, so we are offering only to self-contained campers and small RVs at this time. But we can provide electricity, wifi, potable water, and coffee with muffins in the morning. Learn more about this land: We are retired and require arrivals to be here before 10 PM. We can accommodate only self-contained camping vehicles up to 32ft. (This is important – larger vehicles will not be able to turn around). We provide electricity and water, but no bathrooms at this time and no dump station. Park your small trailer/RV in our Cottonwood grove and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Southfork Valley in northwest Wyoming. We are a retired couple who want to share our stunning mountain views and rural property with travelers who share the Hipcamp values. Easy access to hiking, hunting, fishing, and biking. The elevation here is 5600ft. so even when days are warm and sunny – usually in the 80s – nights cool off into the 50s. You would be close to the house but screened by a grove of trees. We have 5 acres in a beautiful rural area. We are a 20-minute drive from Cody, in a beautiful mountain valley. Our place is perfect for a night or two of respite from travel and tourist traffic. Sean is a retired wildlife biologist with extensive knowledge of the area. Renée is a designer/educator.We can accommodate only self-contained camping vehicles up to 24ft. (This is important – larger vehicles will not be able to turn around). We provide electricity and water, but no bathrooms at this time and no dump station. On leash. We have cats, two friendly dogs, and a horse. Guests should expect to leash /tether their pets until they get to know ours. We never let our dogs run free.

Un petit paradis -

Quel magnifique endroit - et que dire de nos hôtes Sean et Renée. C’était vraiment ce dont nous avions besoin, dans cette frénésie de notre voyage. Juste parfait !! What a magical place with Sean and Renee - very welcoming. We stay two nights, enjoying the view and the Magnificat sunset. Thanks Sean and Renee !

Like a postcard from Wyoming.

The best spot there is. In a valley surrounded by mountains. Horses. Cattle. Ranches everywhere. Just like a postcard from Wyoming. And Sean and Renée are impeccable hosts. You can ask for electricity and water. You must go there!

Lovely spot by the house. Very welcoming hosts who helped us get out RV in the best position for the amazing Mountain View’s. Really handy spot for onwards travel to Yellowstone or Cody.
