Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

42 acres just a few miles north of Cody Wy, Rodeo Capital of the World, home to world renowned Buffalo Bill Center of the West and 55 miles from the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Tent or RV sites along the hayfield. Cows are gone in the summer, but there are goats, Llama//alpacas, chickens, horses, dogs and a cat. Great star watching at night. Occasional Aurora Borealis and falling/shooting stars. The property backs up to a State section of 640 acres for short hikes. There are not water or electric hookups, but there is a hydrant available for water. Please be reasonable, if you need to fill up a large amount please let me know. I have a shed with electricity if you need to charge cell phones etc, This is my first summer with Hipcamp. I am flexible, please communicate if you have different requirements or needs. If you have a bigger group, reach out.

Awesome ranch and attentive host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Margaret’s (Jersey’s) ranch! Jersey was extremely attentive and answered all of our messages promptly. Once we got there, she greeted us and we found an incredible space with three private campsites. Ours was close to the horses, goats, llama and alpaca! Jersey was very accommodating and friendly, and gave us lots of info about the land and the mountains we were looking at. Even a great place to buy local bison. Her two dogs were so sweet, too! I highly recommend visiting this Hipcamp! Margaret was great!

The perfect picture of Wyoming

Y’all! If you wanna experience Wyoming, this is the perfect place to stay! This is my 1st time as a Hipcamper & I couldn’t have asked for better! I was truly blessed to find Sweetie Bird Farm! Margaret is extremely nice, a pleasure to talk to & very hospitable, just like you’d expect from the West! She is so blessed to live here! The views are incredible, no matter what direction you look & the sunrises & sunsets are unbelievable! It’s also a farm, which I absolutely love bc I live on a small farm so it’s very homey to me! It is very quiet & peaceful & I definitely recommend staying here to anyone that appreciates God’s beautiful creation, farm life and the lifestyle of the West!

Great scenery and so peaceful at night! Close enough to Cody in case you need anything and beautiful ranch scenery next to the foothills. The host is great and super helpful.
