I made this property available with convenience and simplicity in mind. It is just 5 miles off I-95, and a short distance to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. It is equipped with hook ups for water, sewer, and Electric- 50 and 30 amp are available. There is phone service and WiFi. The space is just off the road but has a private, tranquil feeling. There is an uninterrupted yard space to walk a dog (on leash only). Please be aware, the site is on the same property as a rental but separated by a fence. The tenant has dogs that you may hear bark from time to time but for the most part it’s a quiet, peaceful place to hookup for a night or more, depending on your needs. There is no water available during winter months or when temperatures do not allow.

Great spot!

We loved that we were able to find a spot in the town of Fredericksburg. The spot was nicely laid out and had a nice solo fire pit, solar lights and chairs to use. There was even a small charcoal grill for our use. We were greeted and then left to enjoy our spot. We would definitely come back.

This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge while staying in Fredericksburg as vendors at the convention center. I would highly recommend. Easy to access hookups and a lovely sitting area. Thank you for creating a home away from home atmosphere.

Excellent spot. Lots of amenities for a camp spot. A little tight backing in off the road at first but no big deal. Can’t wait to go back.

Another review from me because I inadvertently did not reserve for a second night. No worries as Judaea understood my mistake. We stayed the weekend and are grateful to not have to leave early. Judaea’s site is a nice little gem close to Fredericksburg.

Sensational set up! This was just what we needed to attend an event in Fredericksburg. Wonderful camp site with full hookups. The owner was there when we arrived and assisted us to get into the site. Very happy with The Hook Up!
