Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

Mountain home with flat grass campsites, please note the parking area is 20 yards from the fire pit. You can reserve our pool through the swimply app to enjoy swimming while on-site. Fire pits and beautiful views from the pool deck. Bathroom access through our pool level apartment. Please note this is not “car camping”. You will be a short distance from your tents (maybe 50 yards or less) Come enjoy the mountains and 5 minute drive to Roanoke River Greenway for biking, walking, running, and fishing. We have chickens on. The other side of the property, but you may hear the rooster in the morning a little.Privacy. Close to our house but campers will experience privacy. Firewood provided. Fire pit provided. Mountain Views. Bathroom and Kitchen access in our pool level apartment. 5 minute drive to Roanoke River Greenway, biking, and kayaking. World class hiking within 15 minute drive. Campsites are located slightly below the pool level. Views are similar but a little lower. Pool is available to rent on swimply. Hipcamp insurance will not cover the pool. So it must be rented separately.

Hiding back in the mountains.

Keri was incredibly welcoming and the view was fantastic! We loved the solo stove and plenty of wood. Would absolutely book again!

We had a very nice stay here - it was just what we needed; a quiet, private space to use as a base while we explored Roanoke. Keri did everything she could to make it easy and comfortable for us and there was very thorough communication.
