This private cabin sits on a 2 acre field with beautiful views of the Knox mountains. It is surrounded by maple and pine trees for privacy. The property sits on 38 acres of natural forest and fields.
There are many activities that can be done close to The Sparrows Nest Campground including, boating, fishing, hiking, shopping, riding ATV's or snowmobiles. On site there is a fire pit BBQ grill and horse shoes.The Sparrows Nest is a 8x16 cabin with a queen bed and loft with a twin bed. It has a kitchenette and table for 2. There is a small fridge/freezer and water cooler for drinking water. The cabin is run with a solar powered generator for your small appliances. We provide bedding for the queen and twin bed. There are also utensils, plates and dishes for your use.
We have also provided a coffee maker and hot water kettle. Outside of the cabin is a gas and charcoal grill along with a fire pit and patio furniture. The bathhouse amenities are only a few feet from the cabin. In the bath house you will find a decomposing toilet and portable sink. Connected to the bath house is the outdoor shower with running hot water.
