This property, 75 acres, sits at about 1,300-1,500 feet above sea level in a rural Vermont setting 30 minutes from small Urban areas. It has about 14 acres of pasture with incredible views to Killington Vermont Ski area Mountain, the Green Mountain range and the Adirondack Mountains in New York to the West. There is also about 61 acres of forest land abut to other forest land owners with class 4 logging roads for walking, horseback riding, etc. You can also access a 4 class road by motor vehicle to bring camping supplies in or, you can walk in. The adjacent neighbor has over a 100 acres of land and raises cattle.Pitch your tent on the edge of the pasture where you have a fire ring and water hydrant. We have a purchase fire ring or an old tractor tire rim. You can walk up the pasture to sit and see a fantastic view of the Green Mountains of Vermont and the Adirondack Mountains of New York. You can also walk in the forest roads at your leisure. The main house is nearby if you have a question or emergency or need to recharge a device. Kids under the age of 17 or younger with parents are included in the booking. Two family situations can also be accommodated at the same site. In addition, we provide a picnic bench.

Peter has an amazing location, the views are incredible. Peter was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. There is a nice private spot to camp and water accessibility is great.
