Lovely tent held up in big rainstorm! And we had a beautiful swim the next morning when the sun came out. Would recommend!

Amazing little spot on a quiet hill. Very private, a very comfortable set up on a high platform and huge tent. Fire pit, picnic table. Bucket available to go fetch lake Carmi water for rinsing dishes. Lake Carmi access for a refreshing dip 3 min walk from the spot.

Carmi majesty
Very cool spot. My friend and I wanted a cool campsite to anchor an overnight bikepack and this worked splendidly. It was an easy few miles from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and just a short hop away from the Franklin General Store. The tent was spacious and gentle pads under the floor were a beautiful touch, so too were the lights in the tree and ample fire wood. It's important to note that the lake is not immediately in front of the tent, but only a few minutes walk downhill. Cooling off in Carmi before bed was a serene experience.

We had a great, restful night in the tent on a bikepacking trip. The tent is accommodating and has a padded floor—a nice touch! The picnic table, solar string lights, fire pit, and wood pile were great. The lake is across and down the road about 50 yards with an easy landing to swim or launch a boat. Overall great spot and would come back!

Great spot without any neighbors. The surrounding area was quiet and the firepit and tent area are far enough from the road. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back eventually.
