Total Eclipse Fest 4/5-4/8! We are a 270 acre horse rescue ranch located in Kempner, Tx. Spring fed creeks travel throughout the property during a wet season. We have a pond that is full of bass. Hiking and ATV trails all throughout the property where you will find arrowheads, bones & fossils. Nearby is the historic town of Lampasas, Tx. We are less than an hour away from Colorado Bend State Park where you can hike, visit wineries and enjoy a burger and live music at The Bend General Store. This is a beautiful spot in Texas , sitting at the gateway to the hill country . If you are looking for a peaceful oasis , this is it. A big grassy field can’t be beat for camping if you ask me . If they are hosting an event, the beautifully designed and decorated barn and all associated facilities… (bathrooms, showers, huge outdoor shade area) are lovely !

Wow! Where do I start? Everything from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. My only regret is we didn’t get there sooner. Rachel greeted us and she was incredibly warm and helpful. I woke in the morning to a field of wildflowers with butterflies dancing all around. It was truly magical ✨The land is stunning and it was very easy to get there with roads that were fine for us to drive on in our small car. Again, I wish we’d gotten there earlier to take lots of walks around as there are so many areas to discover. I would definitely go back and will definitely refer friends. Thunder Wolf Ranch is incredible!
