Locate on a riverfront property on the Edisto River. Very quiet and beautiful pond view, full hookup luxury RV sites. Amenities include private furnished screened Gazebo with mini fridge, tv and wifi, shared bath with free laundry and the most amazing outdoor shower. The pond is stocked with fish and has a beautiful fountain which produces white noise during the evening and most of the night. Just 1 hour from Downtown Charleston and 20 minutes to Walterboro and I-95. Nearby is Givhans Ferry State Park great for swimming, and the popular river tubing or The nearby Bee City Zoo which has a wide selection of fun and exciting exhibits for adults and children. Built by hand from scratch, we tried to think of everything you would need to leave you rested during your journey. Designed specifically for Motorhome's but we can also accept tow behind campers, roof top tents and tent camping. This is an upscale resort for those who want a quiet and peaceful experience vs the crammed and crowded commercial campgrounds.

Edisto River Lodge with Hot Tub
Dustin's campsites were immaculate, well appointed, and provided us with an excellent long weekend with family (we rented both camp sites). Probably the best Hipcamp we have used to date. Everything from the fire pits, cabanas, hot tub, outdoor shower, and additional bathroom were top notch. Even the landscaping was well thought out and very nice. We will be back.

We love Dustin’s Hipcamp. The setup is so well done that it makes camping a luxury. The bathroom is comfortable, easy to use and always clean. The outdoor shower with hot water is a fantastic addition, whether you have your own shower in your rv or not. The patio area is spacious, with plenty of chairs and a large picnic table. By providing screens on the gazebo, it offers a nice comfortable area to hangout in seasons where there are bug, there was no need for them on our most recent trip in November. However, they just zip out of the way when you don’t want them. It’s a great setup! I highly recommend the spot if you like to camp and also enjoy being comfortable outside without having to bring all of your own chairs and such.

Luxury camping
It was a beautiful spot with everything you could possibly want. Screened in porch, hot tub, tv & fridge. Laundry available on site. Would love to stay when we have more time to enjoy everything.

Great spot for a getaway
Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Clean, quiet, water and electric hookups, and a secluded bathroom and shower just steps away.
