Come stay at The Rusty Goat (our 2021 Keystone Bullet Crossfire Hybrid RV) parked on our property (The Deer Hive) in Solebury Township, PA. We are situated on one acre of property on a quiet street where the deer visit us almost daily. You may also spot red tail fox during your stay. You can relax and enjoy camping here near one of PA's best small towns, New Hope, PA. The RV will be parked in the driveway, but don't let that scare you. This gives you access to full hook-ups (Electric, Water, Sewer). You will have views of the serene, open grass property surrounded by large trees. There is plenty to explore nearby from nature trails, parks and reserves to shops, resturants and museums. On the property for your use: -Tranquil open green space -Lawn/Yard Games -Outdoor Seating -Hammock -Solo Firepit and plenty of fire wood -Small Hot Tub In The Rusty Goat (2021 Keystone Bullet Crossfire) for your use: -3 Queen Size beds (Note: Beds are Tent Covered Beds from Fold out side walls of this hybrid camper) plus access to a convertible sofa bed. -Kitchen/Bathroom in camper (Water, Electric and Sewer) -Additional Clam Shell Tent that can be set up as a changing/luggage room OR outdoor dining/relaxation room (Upon request for parties of 4 or more with 2 night minimum) -All bedding and towels provided -Wi-fi Access -TV w/ Streaming Channels Local Attractions: Peddler's Village (1 mile) Downtown New Hope (5 miles) Deleware River (River Rafting) / Deleware River Towns Ringing Rocks Park Aquatong Park Moravian Tile Works Mercer MuseumYou will have full access to our 2021 Hybrid RV - we call her The Rusty Goat. The Rusty Goat is parked on our flat gravel driveway when we aren't taking her out for adventures. This will give access to water, electricity and sewer. There you will have your own space between the camper and our house to enjoy. You will also have access to our large open meadow like back yard that is surrounded by tall trees. Many other ways to relax and recreate await - a hammock, solo fire pit, yard games, hot tub. There are three fold out tent covered beds that will be fully made for you when you arrive. You can also utilize the sofa as a bed if needed. The camper is outfitted with anyting you will need for cooking, enjoying coffee, etc. Towels are also provided. Everything is fully hooked up and we will empty tanks for you daily. A list of local sites is provided in the camper. Wifi Access is available.
