This enchanting forest is 5 minutes from the state forest with an extensive trail network. Here there is lots of shade and level ground. You can explore the small stream and view the rolling hills. The Amberson Valley glows at sunset and starts can be seen from horizon to horizon. Chambersburg is within 30 minutes for any shoping desires. The Amish market and gas station are only a 10 minute drive if you need anything you might have forgotten.Mystical views, shade everyhere and lots of flat ground. There is a porta potty that you may choose to be closer or further from depending on your preference.
