Welcome to your paved private drive, capable of accommodating a 22 ft vehicle, with 50/30/15 Amp electric service and water service (spigot adjacent to parking spot) in the heart of the spectacular Columbia Gorge Scenic Area. Centrally located in beautiful Cascade Locks, OR, you are within walking distance to 2 breweries, the local grocery store, a coffee shop, 3 additional restaurants, public restrooms, coin-operated shower facilities, the Bridge of the Gods (made famous in the 2010 Amazing Race), the Pacific Crest Trail, the bike and pedestrian-only Historic Highway westbound, the mighty Columbia River, and more. The spot offers 20 minutes or less access to world-class mountain biking, windsurfing/kiteboarding, hiking, and whitewater rafting, with an hour's drive from snow riding on Mt. Hood. The base charge includes space parking + electric and water service. Shower/tub and laundry services are available as an add on for $10/night. Please note the house has 3 residents: the owner and 2 tenants who occupy rooms in the downstairs. The shower/tub is in the upstairs master bed room. Extra amenities such as a light breakfast (organic coffee cream and sugar and banana chocolate protein shake), hot tub, sports gear rental (e.g., SUP) are available on an à la carte fee basis.     Roof tent camping - one night
    Bernard is very welcoming and is great at communicating with his guests. His location is in a prime spot in town for car campers like myself, vans, and if you need a safe place to park for a night or two. (I forgot to take a pic of my stay but I’m attaching what my set up looks like) You could possibly set up a tent in the grass as well. His property is in walking distance of a public restroom, a public shower, breweries, the local market, and coffee shop. I opted in to use the hot tub and it was clean, private, and had beautiful mountain views. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bernard!

    Bernard was very quick to respond and friendly! The parking spot itself was a little tight for my promaster but would fit anything shorter very easily. The location is right next to the main street in town so close to everything but on a Saturday night there was loud music and people for a bit. Seemed to die down around midnight.

    This is a cozy camping spot in a neighborhood with very little traffic. I had a very peaceful and productive weekend getting work done. The cell signal for AT&T is excellent. I loved being a two minute walk from the grocery store. I got to walk my dog on the pacific crest trail every day. Bernard is a welcoming and hospitable host.
