Beautiful views of the santiam and inside of the tent was beautifully decorated. Very accommodating and just a peaceful overnight stay. Would highly recommend and will be staying here in the future!

I booked this place last minute to get away from the city for a night. It was rated really high And it seemed to have all the necessities I might need for a night away without having to pack too much. It totally exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities and a little extras. There was enough wood for a fire at night and in the morning and a very cute s’mores kit all complementary. The bed is extremely comfortable, as are the pillows. It feels very private, but it’s also nice to see some of their farm animals roaming around. The walk to the river is about 200 yards, but that didn’t bother me at all. The only thing I’d share is that the riverbank is all rocks so while you can easily sit down, it’s a bit harder to lay. The water is beautiful and you’re the only person out there so if you’re looking for solitude, this is the place.

This is an AMAZING SPOT. The pictures are just the start. The private river access, cow neighbors, plenty of room to lounge about in the sunshine, and the attention to detail all made this trip memorable and repeatable!

Peaceful weekend away from it all
This was our first glamping experience and it won’t be our last. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time down on the water which is a couple minute walk down river to a rocky beach. Apparently their steps down to the river were destroyed this winter but we were able to manage fine. It is a steep, rocky path down that might be a challenge if you have any mobility issues. We were hoping to float around on our paddle boards but the current was too strong. We were afraid we’d end up miles down steam with no way to get back. My husband tried fishing but didn’t catch anything and I swam (water was quite cold) and relaxed with a book. We were hoping for a weekend alone and besides seeing Adrienne and her family we only saw a couple people boating down the river. There is river access just up river from the property. We were grateful for the sun shade and hammocks they’ve added. The toilet is a port-a potty. We weren’t sure if we’d still have cell coverage but we did (T-Mobile). We can vouch for the local beef and eggs and llama socks. If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. You won’t regret it!

Best HipCamp in Oregon! (Seriously)
This place is an absolute gem! A magical piece of paradise off the grid with all the creature comforts of home. Local artisanal goods for sale, hammocks for afternoon naps, a view that the pictures truly don’t do justice, and the most amazing panoramic star gazing! There are even solar powered lanterns and string lights to set the vibe inside the tent, as well as a big comfy and warm bed!!
The hosts are very thoughtful and have the tent stocked with everything needed to enjoy living off the land while you’re visiting. We purchased their farm eggs and were delighted to find two of them had double yolks!
Amazing animal watching (and petting the horses) and the perfect swimming and fishing spot all to ourselves!
Book it now!! Best spot in Oregon on HipCamp, hands down!
