Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land. By the early 1970's our main and largest pond was built and since that time our fully functional cabin, several more fish ponds, roads, trails, running water and generated electricity have been added. Christmas Trees are still grown and harvested by Terry's son Scott Towner. Green rolling hills, deep valleys, a waterfall, ponds stocked with fish, a fully functional cabin, herds of deer, flocks of turkey and Canada Geese, & well-maintained roads and trails here in Addison NY. It's so private that even most of the people who live in our small town don't know we're here! CHECK OUR REVIEWS! OPTION to camp/hike in the woods for a more wild experience. NEARBY: restaurants including Chinese, Subway, pizza/wings, & several excellent diners offering take out or eat-in. ALSO: Dollar General, Wal-Mart (15 min away), Dunkin Donuts (5 min away), & gas stations. Your jaw will *drop* when you see Towner's Country Paradise for the first time!

Towner's Tree Farm is a camper's delight, offering a serene and picturesque setting perfect for those looking to escape into nature. The campsite provides ample privacy and beautiful views of a waterfall and a creek, making it ideal for bird watching, star gazing, and relaxing by the water. While some reviews mention the necessity of a 4WD vehicle to navigate the terrain, the overall experience is highly praised for its tranquility and the welcoming nature of the host, Scott. With a variety of spacious sites to choose from, campers consistently find themselves returning for the peaceful environment and natural beauty.

Wedding at the Cabin!
We got married here on Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful. The land is gorgeous and the cabin is perfect for this type of thing.

Awesome!
Scott our host was wonderful. If using the tent sites an SUV or truck is definitely preferable to getting to site. Much more than I expected. Sites are large and beautiful and I really hope Scott keeps the sites to a minimum so as to keep it that way. We stayed at tent site #1 and it was incredible. Couldn’t have asked for more on our 3 night stay. Peaceful and amazing. Thanks for having us. Will definitely be back.

10/10!
Staying here never disappoints!! We met a very nice Amish family at the waterfall that took us for a ride on their buggy with their pony Shotgun Eddie! The husbands & nephews rated the fishing a 10/10! We will definitely be going back! It’s very quiet and very peaceful. Even with other campers at other sites. 3 is personally our favorite. Any other campers we have crossed paths with have been very polite and friendly.

It has it all
This place is a hidden gem. Listening to the creek running was so soothing. Was in =2 sight and thought it was the best. So close to attractions to do day trips. And the night sky to watch the stars was amazing.

Paradise indeed! The camping spot was next to a creek and on nice flat land with a campfire ring. Waterfall and creek were great for my family to experience and cool down in. The gorge views and mountains were amazing. I do agree that a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle is probably necessary to trek over the mountain.
