An incredibly secluded campsite with several options for groups tucked into the woods, right next to your own private swimming hole, just ten minutes from the highway on a dead-end private road with no other homes from our property onward.
Enjoy hiking through the woods, swimming in the creek and the nearby swimming holes, or trying your hand at fishing.
There's enough space for 2-3 tents, a picnic table, solar-powered string lights and a rock
The area is full of stuff to do with the towns of Catskill and Saugerties minutes away, Hunter Mountain and Phonecia only 30 minutes away.An incredibly secluded campsite with several options for groups tucked into the woods, right next to your own private swimming hole, just ten minutes from the highway on a dead-end private road with no other homes from our property onward. Great Camp spot very quite near the end of a dead end road. Close to lots of hiking trails. My husband and really I enjoyed our time here! Lots of cool rock formations walking the creek. Very slippery use caution if you decide to walk the rocks up and down the creek. Grippy water shoes or a sturdy walking stick recommended. We have lots of places to visit on our bucket list, though we are hoping to be back sometime in the future!

We had a great night at Chris’s! It’s a beautiful spot right by the creek, with a nice picnic table setup. Chris was super friendly and accommodating.

Camping next to a creek

I loved tent camping on Chris's property. Pictures don't due justice to this beautiful place. You have to see it in person. Despite the bad weather here anf there we had an amazing time. Chris is an excellent host. He answered all of my questions. Thank you again.

Solid spot!
Tent
The campsite was right on the river. If it was warmer, or I had my family with me, I am sure I would have been exploring in it. It was a fine spot that allowed me to explore the area. I was tired every night, so did not even turn the lights on around the campsite! I probably should have... I may see you again this summer! Thank you for the great communication as well.
