The land is about 650 metres. It is in a residential street (houses each side, screened by lush clump bamboo and thick tiger grass screens the street which is a super quiet street and area. Level mowed grass area for camping is about 220m with water and power plus a 8m x 2.5m cabin for hanging out in the day, storage in wet weather. The cabin is about 25 steps from the camping, down a gentle slope to get to. The cabin is not licenced to be slept in overnight but definitely hang out there. The outlook is divine. The land is just 500 steps from Smiths Lake. The photo of the lake is the spot. It doesn't look that good every afternoon. That was one of those super magic sunsets; but it's often amazing. Town water is on and power is also on. Toilets are a short 3 minutes drive to the Frothy Coffee lake side with BBQ and toilet amenitiesThere is a 240m level grassed camping area with water and electricity. It is a gentle slope about 20 steps from the street. a four wheel drive could drive down but prefer you don't as it will ruin the lawn (yes drive down the gentle slope to unload. There is a decked out storage shed at the rear of the land for storing gear if needed and a place to stay during the day but technically you can't stay in it overnight under council regulation but you can hang out there. Fire is allowed during non fire-ban period and there is a portable pit for fires that needs to be used if having a fire. The land backs a rainforest setting and is a short stroll (450 steps) to the lake and the photo is the spot you walk to (that was a very special sunset-unfortunately not all sunsets are like that). There are home owners each site so it is NOT a party area. It's about a 3 minute drive to the Frothy Coffee lake side BBQ and toilet facilities by the lake which is a top stop to stay. It's a dog friendly area.
