My house sits on the corner lot with the garage on the back side of the house. The house has a white picket fence around it with multiple entry gates, perfect for pet families. RV septic hook up, as well as water and power.
My home is less than a mile away from historical down town Water Street of Henderson.
20 minute drive the other way gives you access to boulder city and a few more miles you are at historic Lake Mead.
The Henderson area has miles and miles of up kept trailheads and the local government is very good about keeping them clean and safe.
About a 18 Foot Deep camp zone, up to the fences. LmkPulling up to my home, it stands out. White picket fence, prairie vibes! The yard is the nicest looking yard on the entire street.
Beautiful home with secured parking area that would accommodate a lovely RV. This is my home and the yard is the most beautiful on the street by far, real curb appeal. Henderson has so much to do just within a few minutes drive from Water Street to Lake Mead, there is always something to do! I live here alone and we have 2 beautiful dogs, all wonderful and trained. We have a huge yard for all pet loving families.
The RV area has full hook ups. Even side access to the yard for pups to potty, just have to work around my fur babies :) the RV parking area is on the garage side which is on the side of the house, in the cul de sac. So even extra privacy and safety from the street.
Note : I do have a power converter cable. Also have a clean fresh water hose for the fresh water hook up. Access to WIFI will be given to campers staying, note the WiFi is under firewall and totally safe.
