Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Our land is a unique find with a little bit of everything. With river access, you can enjoy swimming/water activities and wind down with the wildlife sounds and campfire crackle. We have a few standup paddle boards, and river tubes available to rent and farm fresh eggs to purchase and enjoy with your morning campfire breakfast. The best on the Zumbro! Come experience life outdoors on the river :). *Please Note: there is an active shooting range to the north of the sites which you may hear 9:00am - 6:30pm. The shots are loud and echo in the valley. **While our property and our campsites are private, the river is not. Please expect tubers, kayakers and water lovers of all ages to be on the river at anytime.

East Site

Location is nice, you are pretty close to a road but there is so little traffic it is easy to forget the road is right there. The river is super close as well and easy to get to. Some drifters down the river on rafts but still very private. 10/10 no complaints.

West Site

Peaceful Birthday Getaway!

We recently spent my birthday camping at this beautiful site in our RV, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is incredibly serene and private, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Rebecca, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay special. She offered us farm-fresh eggs for my birthday and provided us with firewood both upon check-in, and additional wood when we decided to extend our stay. The river near the campsite was pristine and inviting. We spent hours enjoying its clean, clear waters and even found little shells on the island—such a cute discovery! Fishing from the shore was a great bonus; we caught a few bass and made some wonderful memories. Overall, this was one of the most peaceful and picturesque camping experiences we've ever had. We’re already looking forward to returning next year, possibly even before my next birthday if we're in need of a quick weekend getaway. Thank you, Rebecca, for making our stay so memorable!

East Site

Fantastic weekend getaway!

I had a fabulous weekend at the Easter site. There was plenty of fire wood ready to go and the site was large and secluded. I never saw the people at the West site. The shooting range was not much of an issue. The beach was under water and the current was strong, but it was not an issue. I look forward to staying again!

A great reset for the soul!

Words cannot describe the peacefulness one experiences while staying at this property. The eagles overhead, the lack of traffic and other modern day noises are something the would needs.. There was ample amount of firewood provided, great communication from the host and an all around great experience! A great way to disconnect from society is right here! Loved it!

East Site

The whole property was stunning, campsite was easy to get to in sedans even on some mud and wet grass. bugs were not too bad and saw lots of wildlife :) would definitely return!
