This location is fantastic—just minutes from Boothbay Harbor yet feels wonderfully private. The site itself is level and ideal for a teardrop trailer. Erica and Stella gave me a warm welcome and a tour of the property, which was a nice touch. The outhouse is clean and well-maintained, and there’s a seasonal outdoor shower for freshening up. There are also plenty of great hiking options nearby. For food, there’s an excellent gourmet store close by with a deli, fresh food, and beverages. The night sky is beautifully dark here—perfect for stargazing.
We spent two nights in a truck camper at Erica's Rustic Retreat and really enjoyed the peace and quite. Had no issue driving the 1/4 mile to the spot. It has a very clean outhouse and she supplied a few gallons of water. Erica was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We also loved how close it was to local attractions. Highly recommend!
Erica's space was a beautiful off grid spot to step away from the busy mainstream camping grounds. I tented and there was loads of space, the ground was perfect and I had the use of the composting privy and outdoor shower. Loved my time here, thanks again for sharing your slice of paradise.
