We are third generation Randalls to own this 100 acre farm. We love the property and we are creating an event venue space. On the farmhouse side we have an original 1800s barn. We are building a large pavilion for events. Behind this area there is a rolling hill which overlooks Dixmont mountains. Across the road, is a large, flat field with small farm pond with tree swing, rustic arbor and historic farm equipment. We are just a few miles off I-95 both north and south bound. The farm is just a few miles away from Plymouth Pond, Etna Pond and just about 10 miles away from Newport with ATV trails, Sebasticook Lake and main direction to enter the lakes/Appalachian Mountain region. Stay to visit nature or stay for easy access to the Bangor Waterfront, Cross Insurance Center or the Children's Discovery Museum.Centrally located with easy access off I-95 if you need a place to rest and relax. Food/activities not far in Newport and Bangor. The best is the quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere. The open field allows to you to choose a spot to watch ducks land in the pond, unwind on the tree swing or just enjoy the natural beauty of Maine, but the best part of all is the night sky in the open field, make sure you look up at the stars! There is nothing else like it!

It is a lovely spot, remote and quiet. Our stay was out of the typical season, so we were the only guests there. Would be fun with a group.

We arrived in time for an event with a great band. The hosts told us music would end by 8pm which it did. We setup camp across the field and enjoyed the music sipping wine from camp chairs facing the venue. Very nice experience. Hosts were great and highly recommend.

Tent
Nice field across quiet road from an old barn. Nothing spectacular but nothing wrong with the site either. Portable toilet across the road was nicely clean. All in all the post served our purpose well - which was having a place to stay close to Bangor and I95.

Enjoyed the Views and Fire Pit
45 ft travel trailer
The property is beautiful, especially in the fall during our visit. The field where we parked slopes, but there was plenty of room for us to maneuver and find a level spot. It was nicely mowed for us. We were able to enjoy the fireplace a couple of evenings. I also enjoyed walking around the perimeter of the property. There were a few trucks on the road during the day but it was very quiet in the evening. It was a short drive into Bangor.
