450 feet of cove frontage next to Cobscook Bay State Park. Paved boat launch next door, with a dock, thick stand of trees along the road, and a clearing inside. People marvel at the property and relax. Hand carry launch very close to the campsites. This area of coastal Maine is a stop on your journey.

"Elmer's cove"
Al’s campsites worked well for us. They are small but have beautiful views of the bay. Nice new, roomy outhouse. Our 13’ trailer tucked in nicely on site 7. It was incredibly quiet and dark. We’ll be back.
On an extended camping trip and this one takes the cake. I stayed early/mid October and had the place to myself, and just… yeah. Treat the red squirrel kindly but don’t expect him to return the favor. He will steal your food. It’s a fun game. Anyway, highly recommend 🙌🏼
I absolutely love staying at Al’s sweet little camp ground ! The view is gorgeous! We stayed in his cute little screened enclosure, so fun!
This was my second time here and I will definitely be back!
His site was just what he said it was . Clean , quiet and a lovely shore . Plenty of firewood .
