A beautiful 300sq ft bedsit with a queen size. Two seat leather recliner, 52 in smart tv. lovely separate bathroom and kitchenette with full size fridge freezer and microwave convection oven and air fryer combo There is also a 300sq ft private deck with a 8x8 7 seat hot tub and 42 in smart tv all surrounded by greenery Private secure safe parkingThe rental is adjoined to the main house with separate private access. The location is perfect for people who want to visit the famous theme parks in central florida. Disney world is 15 minutes drive universal studios is 30 minutes drive ,sea world is 30 minutes drive There is fantastic golf courses all within 10-15 minutes drive Reunion 5 minutes Omni champions gate 5 minutes We are 1 hour from either the Atlantic beaches or the Gulf of Mexico beaches

Group trip

Enjoyed my stay at Shady Lawn Lodge. It was just as described with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is central enough to get to different shops, restaurants and attractions in the area but also far enough from the main roads. The host was friendly and responsive which was also appreciated!

The lodging was great with a nice porch with a Hot tub! There was everything we needed, bathroom/shower, adjustable bed,microwave and keurig coffee maker. Tv inside, and outside on the porch. The property was reasonably private set back far from the main road and had two amazingly huge live oaks right off the porch. Our Hosts Ron and Marie were just so nice and accommadating. They went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly reccomend The Shady Lawn Lodge!
