Primitive campsite Come pitch your tent or bring your rv to"R"camp. You will be surrounded by an oak hammock and pine tree park like setting. Hear the sound of roosters in the morning. Hike through trails observe loads of live stock. Gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen. so clearly. On a full moon no flashlights are needed. Only an hour and a half from dade/broward county and 15 minutes from lake Okeechobee. All campsites are within two minutes walking of main cabin. If you are looking for an RV park with all types of amenities this is not the place for you this is an off grid property for primitive family camping. We are located in Hendry County off HWY 80 West; approximately 15 miles from downtown Clewiston and Lake Okeechobee.

Expectational
Craig presented patience with our few questions and answered in a timely manner. He was kind and helpful meeting our needs. Craig’s land is peaceful & welcoming offering many different amenities on camp. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again. We pray blessings upon his land and that his business exceeds with many happy people to enjoy the nature. Happy Hip-Campers!

Great getaway!
Craig was an amazing host. He got really creative with the builds of each cottage and put love into every single one of them! Great getaway that's close to the city and still feel like you're far away!! Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful place, beautiful land. Perfect gateway to reconnect with nature and recharge. It was exactly what we needed!! We will definitely be back :) :) :) Thank you Craig for creating and sharing such a magical space 🙏🏼

Site 2 - ""R"" camp
Camping escape
My family and I enjoyed this mini escape from the world. The property did feel secluded and there were some activities for the kids to do like playing on swings, volleyball, and a small trail to go on. We saw tracks of raccoons, deer, and many birds. The campsite is very basic so do not expect many accommodations. The owner was nice enough and let us use the shower and toilets. We tried fishing in the pond in the campground but there's not much water in it to catch anything. The kids still enjoyed it though. You can drive out of the grounds to go fishing in the canals. If you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is a great option. We would come back.
