The Continental Divide Corner
Secluded hillside
We had a nice night camping. The directions to get to the land are clear and there is an outhouse to use with a code. The land is sloped so I recommend bringing a shovel if you don't usually travel with one. Hike up the hill from the outhouse and we dug out a flat area with our shovel for our tent that can be used for future campers if you would like! My daughter got the beginning stages of a trail started and also up there you are secluded. At night you can see the city lights straight ahead in the distance and while also looking up to see the stars above your head. The birds and squirrels got us up and going in the morning so we could get an early start up to St Mary's Glacier to beat the rush for that morning calm. We would stay again the next time we need an overnight in Idaho Springs, thank you.

The Continental Divide Corner
Camping with a tent during trip
Really great location, the only little thing to take into consideration is the incline of the ground. Had a pretty good night!
Would recommend if you plan on staying 1-2 nights

The Continental Divide Corner
Too sloped to camp
The site is much more sloped than the photos show, so we couldn’t set up camp, and the bathroom door was blocked by ice, but the host was very amenable and refunded us! Wouldn’t stay again but the host was very responsive and apologetic!

The Continental Divide Corner
The campsite is at an angle. There is also a fair amount of traffic to Loch Lomond.

The Continental Divide Corner
Nice spot to camp if you need somewhere cheap to sleep! Ground was a little uneven but for the price it was worth it! It was also nice to have a private place to go to the bathroom. Don’t forget to bring your own toilet paper!
The Continental Divide Corner
Not worth the price
The site was very sloping, right next to road with lots of hiking traffic, and didn't feel like it was worth the price, but it was a safe place to camp for the night at least.
