RV Camping
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and escorted by bicycle to our campsite. The host shared helpful information about Yosemite trails, and locational tidbits.
A quiet and lovely place, with beautiful baby sequoia trees.
About a 28 mile drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance. Would definitely stay again!

The campsite is a little funky but everyone we met there was so friendly. The owner, Mac, is great!
Hot showers, nothing fancy. Despite what you might think when registering, it’s really a drive in and pick your site kind of place. No actual site reservations. It’s pretty close to Yosemite and 15 minutes from Coulterville, a great little town with some good bars , a great cafe and an interesting history (check out the museum!).

4 day stay would recommend
Staff is very friendly, bathrooms were very clean. Water was nice, not any trails or stuff to do onsite aside from horseshoes but has a park across the street that’s a nice walk. About a hour from Yosemite valley. I enjoyed my stay here I have nothing negative to say about it. Very quiet at night. Easy to find firewood in the park across the street. Coulterville down the street has great breakfast.

Yosemite Westlake Tent Site #1
It was nice. Very cozy calm and quiet area. We just set up the tent in a spot we liked and relaxed. I'm not much of a camper so this was a new experience for me lol but the bathroom/shower area was nice and clean. It had picnic tables, fire place, and a beautiful view of the stars at night. The Host Mac was soo nice and helpful.

My wife and I loved our time there! Absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Mac and John were extremely helpful providing maps and suggestions of areas to check out and view! We also saw a family of deer walk through the campsite and they were very comfortable being around so we got lots of pictures and videos!
