My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying at the wilderness bridge cabin at Wondernut Farm. The cabin itself is isolated out behind the main buildings on the farm and so quiet and lovely. It has a couple of little lights that provide plenty of light inside the cabin and a plug for phone charging. We stayed in late December, so it was a bit cold, but no problem when snuggled under the warm cozy blankets that cover the bed.
Eve very nicely greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the grounds right away, just after we received a grand welcome from all of the beautiful dogs that live there! We felt instantly welcomed into the space and comfortable to cook meals in the kitchen, settle in by the fire and snuggle up with a dog, spend a rainy day making cookies for everybody on the farm, or wander around and look at birds/turkeys/sheep. We enjoyed our bedtime routine of making dinner in the large open kitchen, eating by the fire in the living area, followed by a steamy hot shower while looking out at the stars, and a 5 minute headlamp-lit walk back to the wilderness cabin.
I would recommend to ALL. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and with a renewed patience for all of the tasks necessary in life.
