Welcome to Wise Oak Farm, a unique tiny house compound on 5 acres located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. The stay area consists of four buildings, the main one being a super cozy tiny house built on a 16' trailer, filled with custom woodwork and unique details. It sleeps up to four and has a kitchen (sink, microwave/oven, mini fridge, and propane stove) and small dining area. Immediately adjacent is a luxury "outhouse" with full sized hot shower and a composting toilet. There is an additional converted farm shed with a pull out couch and TV to relax comfortably indoors (the "rec room"). The outdoor area consists of a breakfast patio and large barn with couches and dining table. We are just starting to develop the property as a working farm. Currently we have a dozen chickens, 30+ fruit trees, and cows pasturing in the main field. The location is fantastic for exploring the area. In the middle of wine country, it's only a thirty minute drive to the coast or to the redwoods, and one hour from San Francisco. Plus easy access to the bike path leading to both Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Weather issues: The tiny house has heating but no AC, which is not normally an issue unless daytime temperatures are in the mid 90s or higher. Summer nighttime temps are usually in the 50s and the space cools rapidly with windows open. The rec room has both heating and AC, which can be slept in in the case of extreme temperatures. In the winter, heavy rainfall can make the stay unpleasant as you need to move outside frequently between buildings.Welcome to Wise Oak Farm, a unique tiny house compound on 5 acres located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Super cute tiny house!
The tiny house is well-built with all the basics you need. The heat worked perfectly (I was here in March with cool, rainy weather). My visit was short, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sonoma County. It's in a great location to visit the coast, the redwoods, the wineries, or just bounce around from town to town. They even have a few nice little recommended itineraries to get you started on your adventures.

First time in a tiny home and we’re impressed by the spaciousness and comfort. It’s a neat property and we’d love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the open spaces—but even in wet, gray February was cozy and comfortable. Very clean, great communication, excellent location to visit Santa Rosa, Sebastopol and beyond.

Would definitely stay here again.
This was such a sweet New Year's glamping trip! The tiny houses are great for a group, especially folks staying COVID-conscious, and the heat was very welcome in the winter! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and herb garden.

Highly recommend staying here!!
We loved our stay at the Tiny House! Well-equipped with everything you could need, and truly adorable. The barn is a great outdoor hang space, we loved enjoying the evening breeze out there! Will absolutely be back. 😊

The Tiny house was great. It was modern, had a lot of light with many windows. Charming landscape with flours and herbs. Well equiped for a weekend stay if you want to cook and have dinner onsite. Greatly situated if you are coming for biking around beautiful Sonoma county.

The tiny house was a pleasure to stay in, I only wish I could have stayed longer. Impeccably clean, simple but with all the essentials. The thing that stood out was the level of privacy, feeling that you are in the country, with an expansive outdoor space, chickens and roosters clucking in the background, beautiful gardens. For those seeking solitude and nature, this is a winner!
