Chaparral Loop: Tent Site T5
The campsite is a very pretty spot! Bathrooms were very clean and had hot water. The farm animals were cute. Only issue was a big piece of wasp nest that was sitting by the chairs and also it was way too windy/noisy. There is a big road near by which made it a little difficult to sleep and it was super windy almost blew my tent over.

Chaparral Loop: Tent Site T5
I never saw Karen but she still made check in easy. I stayed at site 5 up the hill and had no issues in my RAV4. The site was absolutely stunning with the views of Shasta. The facilities were nice and seemed pretty new. It seemed like there was an issue with the water at one point but it was fixed quickly. Only real complaint is the highway noise. It’s pretty consistent but to me the views made it worth it. I def prefer a quieter place but I’d come back here again just for the views.

Chaparral Loop: Tent Site T3
What a sweet campground. It’s not very large which I liked. Amenities were clean. I had spot 1 campground 2 out of the 3 nights which was at the foothill so I did not have a view of Mt. Shasta. The other campgrounds which are on the hill had a Beautiful view of the mountain although you could hear the highway abit. The noise died down in the early morning but picks up again. Would stay here again!

Chaparral Loop: Tent Site T5
We really enjoyed our stay. The campground was set up very nicely with beautiful views from the tent sites. The site was easy to locate and check in/check out were extremely smooth. The site is right off the highway so there was road noise but the site and faculties themselves were fabulous!
