The White Lodge is a private home owned by the creator of Hicksville Trailer Palace and Hicksville Pines Bud and Breakfast. Although Morgan(the owner) has retired, he's made his property to feel as if you're in the middle of the woods complete with swimming hole, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, sauna and more!1950's Canned Ham Trailer with private 2 person hot tub and unlimited night swimming in our pool. Yosemite Park themed property in the heart of Eagle Rock. One of the best Los Angeles neighborhoods for food and thrifting. Private bathroom(outside the trailer) between the hours of 9p until 9a. There may be pool or spa guests using the bathroom during the day but it's unlikely. Especially in the mornings. Trailer has free wifi with smart TV. You can book the outdoor kitchen, fire pit or sauna for an additional fee. No pets or amplified music please. There is a heater but no A/C so please don't book if temps are anticipated to reach 85º or higher. We'll do our best to block it out as well.

Flush toilet. An actual bathroom a short walk from your trailer. Private 9p-9a. May share with pool or spa guests 9a-9p.

No campfires

You can rent our gas fire pit for an additional fee of $25/hr. No cooking on it though.

No pets

We do have cats on the property. If you'd like to sleep with one in your trailer... let us know!

Spigot, tap. Water is not currently available in trailer. Spigot right outside and bathroom sink.

Showers available

Hot water . Cave Shower by the pool. Let us know if you'd like a shower curtain please.

Bins available

Recycling bin, trash bin. Trash is for trash you made during your stay. Please don't empty your car as we have limited trash capacity.

Cooking equipment present

Bbq, communal, stovetop or hot plate, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, sink or other dishwashing station. Outdoor kitchen available for an extra $25/night. Includes fridge, stove, sink and grill.

2 picnic tables on site. One by the drink vending machine and one by the koi pond

Cave shower, hot tub w/view, sauna

We love staying in safe, welcoming places with personality and hospitality. This place has it all with fun details everywhere. When we were surprised by spring showers, the hosts had umbrellas ready for us! Thank you, Morgan & Brooke!

My partner and I stayed for the night for a little staycation in town and the jacuzzi was perfect (with a view!), the bed was super comfy, and overrall this space is just really cool! The bathroom was adorable and kept heated as it was rainy outside (nice).

This was a the most pleasant little spot for me and my partner to stop over at for the night! The property has a really cool little 60’s Disneyland take on Yosemite theme, the vintage trailer bed was cozy and comfortable and the hot tub view is incredible. What a dream! Thanks, Morgan and Brooke!

An oasis in LA

I got to be the first guest at this incredible location. Morgan has done an amazing job transforming his yard into an oasis that will make you forget you are in LA. From the gorgeous pool with water slide, to a waterfall, koi pond, hot tub and sauna. And yes, even the antique camper is so fun to stay in. But only after you wander around for a while here, do you actually start to see the attention to detail everywhere you look. I could tell that this was more than a way to make some money for Morgan, this had to be a dream come to life for him. As a host, Morgan was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a fun enjoyable stay in LA
