In the small town of Clearlake Oaks, Rods-In has direct lake access from Hwy 20 via the Keys. Located on the water and close to the public launch ramp, it is perfect for early morning fishing without the drive. We have a very nicely set up two bedroom house all furnished for your stay Or experience a 26 foot very livable, travel trailer and see if this is for you. We also have two RV sites and room for your off street boat parking. We have a recreational area for guest to join together and have a campfire this time of year. the fire season will probably end July or thereabouts. Bass, Catfish, and Crappie fishing can draw fisherman from all over to demonstrate their skills and claim the next championship.

Beautiful cabin that the family loves coming and staying at every year for fishing! Rodney does a wonderful job at accommodating for his guests and making sure they have a worry free stay in this cozy corner of Clearlake. Will be back next year!

This site was exactly what we needed as a one-night layover. The site had room for our trailer and the hookups needed. It was a clean site right along a Clear Lake tributary. My only concern was the high level of traffic noise from the highway.

Although we enjoyed the stay, trailer was only ok, floor is soft in front of the bed in the bedroom, light in bathroom and a couple lights in the living room didnt work, refrigerator didnt work due to no gas and they booked the other campsites so tight that You literally had zero room to use the fire pit or yard. Pluses are its a place to sleep and its close to the lake its nice and clean and everyone was super nice.

pros: the owner and the property manager were nice and friendly. they rented us the kayaks and helped us move them to the water which is absolutely fun. also, the location is nice, we went there during July 4th weekend so it’s in walkable distance to see the fireworks. cons: the site is right next to the main street so a lot of car noises at night and the only thing to block people from entering the site is a gate that can be opened easily so it’s probably better for RV camping than tent camping

The location was alright. It is right by the 20 highway so cars are constantly passing by (loudly many times), even through the night -- and sometimes people are walking by in the middle of the night yelling or banging on the fence. Maybe it is easier to manage in an RV, but I had a very difficult time sleeping. The canal is dried up and has been dried up for who-knows-how-long. Access to the lake isn't too far though, a 10 minute walk.
