Peace in the Pines is a quiet oasis located 5 minutes from Nevada City and less than 10 minutes from the Yuba River. The pictures speak for themselves. We have one campsite that includes a place for a tent, and there's an outside shower, the trailer has a stove, refrigerator, cooking equipment, a bed and flush toilet. If you're looking for a place to escape and relax with beautiful views, this is the place for you.This site is at the end of the road so you will have lots of privacy. There are trails close by, even one you can walk to Nevada City on. It's a 6 mile round trip hike along a water ditch and the ground is fairly flat and easy to walk on. Nevada City offers some nice restaurants and fun nightlife.

every time i come back here, it’s like coming home. just needed a quick little overnighter for some peace, quiet, and rest. found all that as usual, just never can stay too long, but already looking at getting back here for a longer stay. so cozy and never need to bring much, as everything you need is provided, even stuff in the kitchen. grateful for the homemade soup and rolls from renee. so delicious and so much love put into it, just like with the rv. the new outdoor water heater for the shower was amazing. hot and amazing way to welcome sunday morning

Mountain Energy

Renee's piece of paradise in Nevada City was the perfect basecamp for exploring & hiking. A great night's sleep was achieved with the comfy cozy bed and the quiet seclusion. The setting had a feeling of warmth, mountain energy and love. Renee shared her garden produce and communicated details, both greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

Renee was a friendly and wonderful host and her peaceful and clean hideaway was a great place for our super quick getaway. Basic necessities were available if needed. The view was great and the hike up the back road was a good exercise with the dogs. Renee was also responsive and available when we needed her. Would recommend and will return when possible.

Peace In The Pines

Renee’s place is peaceful & quiet as described and the RV camper is comfortable & cozy. She left us a basket of fruits & vegetables from her garden to enjoy. If you decide to take the short hike near the area to see the sunrise or sunset she has little lady bug trail markers and stacked rocks to lead your path. Renee is a very kind & generous host and we definitely stay there again!

Lovely!

This was my second trip to Peace in the Pines, and I'm sure I'll return. Truly peaceful and sweet little spot. Comfortable and cozy. Renee is so thoughtful and really makes you feel at home:)
