4.25 acres of flat well kept land, all fenced and gated, on the property is a large dirt bermed area approximately 200' x 200', with 6' to 7' high sides, with an entrance that can easily be blocked for a private secluded area, to do or dress as you please, easy and close access to the town of 29 Palmsenjoy the desert view of the surrounding mountains, unlimited view for star gazing, 4.25 acres fenced with room for the kids to ride their quads, with quick and easy access to Joshua Tree national park and the town of 29 palms, if the timing is right you might view military aircraft flying right over head from the USMC base about 5 miles away, and you can enjoy the seclusion of the enclosed area if you prefer, excellent cell service at property

The Best Kept Secret Near Joshua Tr

The site is outside of town and quiet, yet 15 minutes from town and close to the less busy Joshua Tree North entrance. The berm adds additional protection from wind and additional privacy. The ground is very firm and extremely level, so no worry about sinking in. The night sky is great with plenty of stars to see. No houses near by and nobody drives down the road. Archie is a great host. He communicated well and his directions were spot on. He checked in via email a few times to make sure everything was going well and we didn't need anything. He gave us advanced warning of strong winds. We have done many HipCamps, and by far, Archie has been the best host. We would definitely come back to this spot on our next visit to Joshua Tree.

Fantastic place to camp and stargaze. It’s right near the road but far enough away to truly be dark (you can see the milkway with your naked eyes). Archie was also super helpful and nice. Will be back soon!
