Its a shady spot under a hay barn looking on to a one acre pasture ..3 person hot tub/spa with one lounge seat ….water and electricity included NO SEPTIC SERVICE ON SITE Located at the foot of the gold country near HWY 4 , 26 and 88 Many lakes and rivers in the area for kayaking ..boating ,hiking and recreating..2 sit on top kayaks with paddles provided ..some sizes of PFD are available for use as well ..this property provides a great stop over in the central valley along the golden foothills45 foot site under a hay barn out of the sun and rain lots room for tables and chairs ..water and electricity provided ..extra space for another RV if you’re traveling with friends ..small chicken flock on the property we do share eggs with our guests when available..NO SEPTIC LOCATED ON SITE
