“Self Contained” Vehicles only 😊. Amazing 360 degree views! You really feel like your camping with only a 20 minute drive to the adorable quaint village of Arroyo Grande with local boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, brewery and winery. You may have a secluded getaway, but also have a nice dinner in town if you choose. With a 15 minute drive there is Edna Valley AVA with breathtaking majestic views and various wineries. Several outstanding local beaches only 20 mins away (Pismo/Shell/Avila Beach) with mesmerizing sunsets. Lopez Lake is also very close if you would like to do some local fishing. You may bring dogs only if they are friendly as we have two Queensland Heeler’s who are companionable. You get good AT&T service, but not Verizon. We can take any camper vehicles (RV’s, trailers, Campervans) as long as they are self contained because we don’t not have showers or bathrooms available on site, but we do have water hookups :-).“Self Contained” Vehicles only. Perfect Ranch/Farm location near Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach. The camping location at the top of a hill overlooking the area has some relaxing views. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful and serene. Only about 20 minutes from town but absolutely a world away. Stunning view. Peaceful. Great hosts. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very basic site with beautiful views. Picnic table was convenient but would have loved to have had a potable water source too.

Originally we planned on camping on the beach however we ended up here and we both agreed that we were happy our reservation fell through because we enjoyed being here so much more! Absolutely amazing view and the peace and quiet was awesome! The drive up was so beautiful my wife ended up crying because she was so happy!! Thank you for letting us stay on your land!
Our pups also met cows for the first time haha!

Beautiful far reaching views. Quiet. Alone. Helpful, courteous and welcoming host. Interesting surroundings - would like to know how and the motivations of people living there. Twenty miles of twisting roads seems to keep the rif-raf away. Not a bad idea.

Wake up and watch the sunrise!

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay the night then you have found it. The drive out to Sienna’s place is gorgeous. I haven’t seen stars like that in California in 40 years. The wildlife surrounding the property was so cool. Deer, turkey, roosters, etc. It was so quiet at night. Latest I have slept in for years. And in addition, Sienna and Chuck even put a little gas in my rig just in case I needed it to get back into town. An amazing experience! Thank you and I will be back!
