Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
NOTE: The campsite is fully occupied from Oct 2023 through March 2024 by monthly tenants. Check back for Summer of 2024 openings. Get away to serene Upper Lopez Canyon in Los Padres National Forest. Picturesque creekside campsite with year round flowing water right at the site, and offsite hikes to beautiful nearby waterfalls. 48' RV Barn with full hookups. 2nd RV hookup area with creek views also available (see 2 trailer add on for groups with 2 trailers). Fire pit with 2 chairs and picnic table provided. Campsite host occupies main house on property. About 20 minutes to Lopez Lake Park and Boat Ramp. Lopez Lake Recreation Area is one of the top choices for camping and leisure trips. With 22 miles of shoreline and summer lake temperatures around 70°F, there is something for everyone; camping, fishing, boating, picnicking, hiking and equestrian trails, mountain biking, zip-lining, birdwatching and so much more. The warm climate of the Central Coast makes Lopez Lake the ideal, year-round recreational destination. There is a pretty good phone signal at the property. WiFi is weak and unreliable, but you can use your phone as a HotSpot. Fire Ban currently in effect.Get away to serene Upper Lopez Canyon in Los Padres National Forest. Do NOT Stay Here
This was by far the worst hipcamp I have "stayed at". I wish I had listened to the other comments about the bugs. For reference, I have backpacked and road tripped for weeks at a time, in snowing and raining conditions, etc., and I would still classify this site as uninhabitable. You don't want to put up with these flies, gnats, and mosquitoes. My husband and I didn't last 30 minutes after setting up our tent. I will say we should have contacted the host but I was honestly shocked someone would even put a site like this up... and I am further upset that even after ruining our trip that we had to cut short, they refused to refund us. Long story short, don't stay here. There's BLM land not too far away and other, nicer places to stay.

I loved this remote place. Very quiet with a little water stream nearby, me and my daughter will definitely go back (big plus for the kind of swing by the water stream!)

Laura’s place is beautiful and remote. She is great with communication and was super helpful. It was quiet and fell asleep to the sound of the creek each night. The stars are unlike anything here because of remote the site is. Highly recommend!

Awesome getaway
Laura and the campsite are great. We had such a peaceful and relaxing time. 10/10 would recommend it and book again. Yes, there are flies and some hornets as others have stated. But that is always part of camping in the summer. There's nothing like having some hot coffee early in the morning creekside. The wild turkeys walking around the area were great to see. They leave you alone and you leave them alone.
