Perfect spot for a dynamic duo. This is in the right location for so much enjoyment. Carmel Valley is an amazing place, with friendly smiles, yummy food and local wines. Easy walk down to the watering hole, wine tasting and gourmet restaurants. Head down to the river for some fun in the sun. Try our local creamery, bone broth, soaps, chocolates and olive oils. This cozy haven is waiting for you!So cozy 😊 Beautiful valley views and tons of bird watching! This is a one bedroom with a king size bed, armoire for folding clothes, and desk. Attached walk in closet is being used as a second bedroom with a queen size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, hanging clothes rack and two drawer night stand. There is no separate, additional closet space. TV connected to WiFi and Roku, works with Netflix, Pandora, Prime, Max, screen mirroring and more. These two rooms have their own private deck with sliding glass door entrance to the unit. There is an adorable outdoor bathtub with shower and separate water heater. Also included is a small table and two chairs on the deck for your private enjoyment. A 5 minute walk to CV Village and its yummy restaurants, adorable shops and local wine tasting rooms. The indoor bathroom (with toilet and indoor shower) is down the hall. The remainder of the unit (living room with kitchen and third bedroom with bunk beds and queen size bed) will not be occupied, but is not included with the rental. The third bedroom, kitchen and living room are available separately with advance notice. Please send an inquiry for availability. This rental is for the bottom half of the house, which has been completely separated from the upstairs half of the house. Upstairs there is a tenant with a separate entrance that is not accessible from the rental. Please do not book if you are noise sensitive, or need to make excessive noise. You WILL HEAR the tenant walking and living above you. However, this rental is totally private. Your private area includes the main bedroom, attached bedroom, bathroom, and attached deck with bathtub. The enclosed yard is also private. The yard includes an outdoor couch sitting area and is pet friendly. Dog bed available for fee and dog door insert for the sliding glass door available upon request. Pets considered on a case by case basis, and may require additional cleaning fees. If you want a cute, affordable space to sleep where you can walk down to CV Village, this is your place!
