Great spot; site was clean and private with easy access to grocery stores and the like. The tent was inviting and clean, and the bedding was particularly cozy. Certainly would be happy to visit again

Super unique experience! My husband and I enjoyed the cozy tent, comfy bed and a hot shower at the end of the day. Great base camp for Carmel by the sea, Big Sur and Refuge. Tips: Arrive during daylight if possible. Bring earplugs as there are a lot of critter noises at night. Keep any scented items inside your car, this includes toiletries too

Sweet tent cabin with amazing views
Tracey has thought of everything for her sweet tent cabin rental at Buckeye Canyon! It’s super clean, comfortable (the bed was amazing), cozy, and beautiful there. She’s decorated the tent as if it was a hotel room, so you get the best of both worlds - nature + creature comforts. My husband and I stayed the weekend to celebrate his bday and it was the perfect getaway. Tons of hiking close by and easy to get to either Carmel or Carmel Valley from the property. The bathroom was also amazingly put together and had everything we needed. The shower has two shower heads hot, running water and feels like you’re inside even though it’s all outside. I would definitely recommend this place as it’s super private, has a beautiful view, and an easy place to be comfy while also still being in nature.

Well-kept and quiet site
I loved camping on Tracy’s land! The views were incredible and the directions were easy to understand. Would suggest driving in during the day light hours. I loved how secluded and private it felt to stay on the property, and yet was close enough for us to have a nice dinner in Carmel after hiking all day in Big Sur. Such a treat, and would definitely recommend this site to others looking for a quiet and tranquil respite with hot showers :).

My girlfriend and I love this place. We’ve been twice and will be back again. It’s peaceful, tranquil, and off the grid. Plus, Tracy and bob are very helpful. I cut my finger with a knife and we had a dead battery and Bob came to help us out in rapid speed. We had a great time. Thank you Tracy and Bob!
