Enjoy peace, privacy and views at this expansive and very private 150 acre ranch nestled between rolling hills and a lovely small lake. Alpacas roam the property. Perfect for family reunions, off-sites, and other small events, or a simple country getaway. Hiking + Mountain Bike Trails on Property. Located in gorgeous rural wine country. Minutes from The Mercantile, Boatique, Cache Creek, and Loujour Estate Wineries. 45 min to Calistoga. 35 minutes to Harbin Hot Springs for yoga, massages, hiking and naturally fed hot spring pools Remodeled main house with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and gigantic wrap around deck 2 additional "Glamping Barn Suites" with Queen Beds and Remodeled Bathrooms with Showers 3 Grills Outdoor Tables and Chairs Trampoline Basketball Hoop Expansive Deck with stunning views Hot TubPitch your tent anywhere you like on our 150 acre ranch! This property is perfect for larger groups who want both a house with a kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as room to roam for folks in your group who want to pitch a tent in the great outdoors. You will have the entire property to yourselves! There are no neighbors in sight. Our ranch hand may be by during the day to feed and care for our Alpacas and cows, but the nights are yours to enjoy endless stars, soaking in our hot tub, hanging out on the decks, hiking, biking, or visiting nearby wineries.  10 Minutes to Clear Lake You'll have access to the main house, a gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath stunning ranch home with picture windows overlooking the rolling hills, a ginormous wrap around deck, hot tub, as well as the "Glamping Barn" which has another 2 full bathrooms with showers. We provide towels for all five bedrooms (10 towels total). People who are camping will need to bring their own towels for showers etc. For larger groups: we have outdoor dining tables and chairs that seat 35 (must request in advance). For RV/Campervans: Our driveway is large and flat. If you have a 2 wheel drive vehicle, we recommend sticking to the paved surfaces. If you have a 4wd, you may drive onto the meadows (see photos for example of where you can park your camper). For Tents: The hill above the house offers incredible views and utter privacy. It is about a 5 minute uphill hike from the parking area to a relatively flat area. Otherwise, the meadows around the lake are great spots for tents. Water: We have unfiltered well water and we do not recommend drinking it. Its fine for bathing, brushing teeth etc. Please bring your own drinking water (and pack out any garbage!)

I celebrated my 30th birthday with about 20 of my friends and some of their kids. A handful of us camped and others stayed in the house and glamping barns. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and Nikki was attentive to needs while at the farm for the weekend. We hiked some of the trails along the property and met the groundskeeper who let us watch the alpacas get sheared. Couldn’t have found a better venue for a large group. Jacuzzi was a nice touch!

Nikki’s place is magical! The house is spacious, the land is beautiful, the alpacas are too adorable. 10/10 would recommend - and Kelseyville is a charming little town (can’t recommend the vibes at smiling dog winery enough). I hosted my 30th birthday here and it was an ideal place for a large group to cook, hang out, play games, be outside, and have a home base for activities. The fact that the house is fenced in also makes it ideal for low stress dog parenting on the property as well. Nikki was responsive and lovely to interact with!

Loved it
Group trip
We had a great time at BottleRock Farms and would definitely recommend it! The open floor plan of the house and wraparound deck were perfect for gatherings, and there was plenty of room between the glamping barns and the rest of the property for additional guests to camp. We had a lovely weekend enjoying the sun while hanging out with the alpacas and the sweet cuddly cat!

Peaceful escape with alpaca
With pets
Nikki’s spot was peaceful and private with plenty of space to make for a truly epic getaway. We loved roaming around vast property and playing with the friendly alpaca. Morning sunlight lit up the beautiful view; it was the perfect way to wake up, enjoy your coffee and relax.
