Oops!
This is not a low rating of the facility. I never found it. Communication was the problem, again not a reflection on the host, it was a problem with my cell phone reception. The host sent me a message, but I was unable to access it until the following day, so I had to find another place to stay the night. Host was gracious and said I would receive a refund for the night. I anticipate having the stay refunded soon.

We got there and saw the place and left. It's not a ranch. It's a field behind a mobile home on the edge of interstate 40. You can almost throw rocks at the traffic on 40 from there.

25 ft travel trailer
We arrived too early for check-in at a nearby campground and the wind was really whipping up so we needed a place to park/wait for a few hours. A quick search on the app guided us to Jake & Lily's.
First tip upon arrival... Look at the photos they posted of the parking area. They make sense when you are looking at the property in person.
Jake came out to greet us and get us situated. No frills, plenty of space to maneuver our TT. We hung out in our trailer for a bit, then continued on to our destination.
Jake & Lily accommodated us with little notice and we appreciated it immensely. Lily provided several recs for local attractions and next time we'll check them out. We felt welcomed and would definitely stop by again if in the area.
