The graveled site includes a paver patio, table and chairs, a chiminea for fires and roasting marshmallows, and bird feeders with many active birds 🦅. It is situated on a one acre property which includes our home. Take a stroll around the country neighborhood, explore trails, grab a hamburger at the local burger place! A 10 minute drive to gorgeous wine country of Page Springs where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in Oak Creek. Wonderful restaurants and shopping to enjoy in nearby Cottonwood and Jerome.A spacious RV site includes a paver patio, grill area and parking. Many neighboring farms with horses, donkeys, cows, goats chickens to greet you on walks. Enjoy epic star gazing nights at this site. Explore the nearby creeks, Verde River and dramatic Red Rock landscape. Wonderful restaurants, wineries and eateries nearby!

Cornville Gem!

Devonni has a wonderful spot in Cornville! Tucked away in a dead end with easy access to restaurants and close to Cottonwood and Sedona! The amenities provided were wonderful for our needs, we made great use of the patio and chiminea fire pit! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Come see the stars

Wonderful site with full-hookups! Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The site was level and we had complete privacy. The views are wonderful and the wildlife was a nice change from city living. At night we heard owls and coyotes. During the day the birds were happily chirping away. We'll be back!

Beautiful and serene

Such a beautiful spot! Dan and Devonni were super helpful, too. They had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The site is quite peaceful, and the hookups were in the right spot and worked perfectly. Dan was tremendous help in getting backed in to the spot - it requires a small “s-turn” to pull it off, but it wasn’t difficult with a full-size pickup pulling a 32-foot RV trailer. Lots of beautiful birds! We loved our stay and would love to camp here again.

Perfect spot

Devonni and Dan were wonderful hosts! The location was perfect. A quite, clean respite close to surrounding towns with hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants. The full hookups worked great, there is a cute patio sitting area with a chimney stove. Friendly dogs, cats a d donkeys roam the property too. We look forward to planning a future stay here again! Thank you!!
