This land has been owned by my family since about 1935. My grandfather was from a local-area homesteading family, and was a hard-working farmer and cafe owner here in Victor. We are glad to own a piece of his original farm. We raise hay, have horses and chickens and other livestock on the place, and love to plant trees and wildflowers on the lovely land that is ours. We believe in hard work, peace and quiet, and the enjoyment of nature. We hope you'll love your time camping here on our land. Learn more about this land: Our  RV or enclosed Camper site, located in the coveted area southeast of Victor, Idaho, is the hub of everything for southern Teton Valley and is just a few miles from the western Wyoming boundary, Jackson Hole, WY and the Tetons.  It has open space views on a few sides, and a subdivision (Mountainside Village) going in across the street. Victor has become a gathering place for people who want to experience Jackson and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and the beauty of Teton Valley. We rent to a lot of mountain bikers, hikers, fishermen, and people seeking to enjoy the culture of the Tetons. We do not cater to loud outside partiers. : ) Taylor Mountain, in the Grand Teton Range, is the biggest mountain you'll see directly from here, and the foothills of the Grand Tetons start across the roadway.   There are tons of mountain biking, fishing areas, and hiking trails out our door, starting with the shared use pathway system in front of the campsite.   Close by, there are multiple canyons, streams, rivers, reservoirs, lakes and forests to explore. Or, if you head towards Victor, there are food trucks, breweries, night life, grocery stores, gas stations, a pharmacy and medical clinic, and a big playground and park. Most people want to visit Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone while they are here....but you won't want to leave this bit of paradise that we offer you.   You must bring your OWN camper or RV.  WE are only providing the SPACE for ONE RV or Camper driven in by you....  Please--NO TENTS.  Your cooking and bathroom facilities must be enclosed within a hard-sided unit.  No loose outside pets as we have livestock which must be protected.   Book ahead, and save yourself the hassle of finding a spot on the spur of the moment.  We have no hookups.  It's a lovely parking spot.   For a second RV spot, a back-in only RV site which is adjacent to ours, and just a few hundred feet away,  is available.    For two spots, book Ross Meadow RV as well.    ONE RV and one extra vehicle allowed per site.   Pets must be approved prior to you visiting and must be leashed when outside on our property. Our  RV or enclosed Camper site, located in the coveted area southeast of Victor, Idaho, is the hub of everything for southern Teton Valley and is just a few miles from the western Wyoming boundary, Jackson Hole, WY and the Tetons.  This is a lovely spot in a great location for Teton traveling.  Taylor Mountain, in the Teton Range, is part of the Teton Range, and the foothills of the Grand Tetons start across the roadway.   There are lots of mountain biking, fishing areas, and hiking trails out our door, starting with the shared use pathway system in front of the campsite.   Close by, there are multiple canyons, streams, rivers, reservoirs, lakes and forests to explore. Nice!
Fantastic Hipcamp spot for anything from tent to Large RV! Single spot with one other spot 50’ away. Otherwise very private. Next to road but this road is very lightly traveled so almost no road noise. On the other side of the pass from Grand Teton so adds some travel time each day but still a great spot! PS - check out Brewery down the block a ways. It is party time on the lawn every evening!

I liked this quiet area with bike trails, grocery stores and cafes nearby. It is fairly close to Grand Teton, and we enjoyed exploring Jackson Hole. However, the grass on the site was not recently mowed. it was so high that the empty whiskey barrow that owners put as indicator was not visible from the road, and we were confused which spot was ours.

The farm was conveniently located near the Teton Pass and the Victor/Driggs areas, right across from a bike/ped path that leads to town, and only a short walk to the brewery. It felt like a private oasis, but was conveniently located! The hosts might be new, but we did have a hiccup. We were given great directions for where to park, and followed them precisely. On the morning after our first night someone (I think Janine’s brother?) told us we had to move to a different spot in the meadow because he had rented out the spot we were camped in, and her spot was actually about 200’ away. It was annoying to have to re-rig our trailer to only move a short distance, then no one else ended up parking in the first location. That was not great customer service in my opinion. But if the hosts iron out those details, I’d go back- beautiful area!

Great place to stay and great hosts. Such close distance to Tetons, Jackson Hole, and many other sites. We were so busy seeing everything sun up to sun down that we didn’t spend much time at the camper. Hosts were great, friendly, and easy to work with. You won’t be disappointed!!!
