Learn more about this land:Hi there! We are Wild Wisco Waters and we offer canoe overnight sandbar camping trips on the Wisconsin River near the Wisconsin Dells and Lake Wisconsin. Meet us at the Dekorra landing free parking lot in Poynette and we'll bring you upriver with all the paddling gear you'll need for your river adventure. Paddle downriver and find a sandbar to call your own for the night! Build a bonfire, set up your tent, and enjoy a night under the stars. In the morning pack up camp and paddle downriver to your take out where your car is waiting for your next journey. The initial price includes the Pine Island Overnight Trip Package ($100) that includes a two-day canoe rental, upriver shuttle, and all of your paddling equipment. Additional tickets include a two-day canoe rental priced per person ($25/person/day) with all of your paddling equipment.  We are a family-owned and operated outfitter that can create custom trips to fit our camper's unique needs. We also offer day paddle trips and guided fishing tours. We can accommodate large groups and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Adjacent to Buckhorn State Park which is 6,990-acre Wisconsin state park southeast of Necedah. The park occupies a peninsula on Castle Rock Lake, a reservoir formed at the confluence of the Wisconsin and Yellow Rivers. Almost 5 acres of mixed oak-pine woods with sandy, fertile soil.

A short walk to the lake (.5 mile away) or bring your own boat or paddle boards and cruise out on Castle Rock Lake from a public launch nearby.  Cute beach at Buckhorn Boat Landing for picnic and swimming.

We are nestled into a hillside in Wisconsin's Driftless and amish country. Surrounded by beautiful ridges, valleys and trout streams, campers can enjoy hiking trails throughout our land, nearby streams and rivers for fishing and paddling, amish markets, famous bike trails, Wildcat Mountain and the Kickapoo Reserve. Or sit back and relax in one of our private camp sites and fall asleep under endless stars while coyotes lull you off to sleep.

An historic Wisconsin dairy, now home to a family of nature-loving outdoors people who farm slightly, take life as a big adventure and love deeply. We have the long view to the west, a fantastic hill to climb and a creek to play in for days. You can venture into the gardens, play with the farm creatures or simply hide away at your campsite and give us a wave as you gather water from the spring, wander into the nearby public hunting and fishing land or grab an armload of firewood. We love to share our space so get out here, see the stars in their full glory and revel in the melodies of nature and relative silence of our little valley. Reset and find all the remedies that rural life has to offer. Learn more about this land:Join our little farm crew by pitching your tent along the flat near the creek. We have a couple great spots that are just right for privacy, scenery and relaxation. Take a walk to the ridge top or along the water and explore some of the Midwest's beautiful Driftless region. A fire ring and wifi nearby -- just ask. Let us tell you where to go in one of our sweet small towns nearby. Make your way to a little slice of heaven here in Wisconsin.

Camp Cedar Hills

Cedar Hills is a wonderful private campground located on a ridge above 800 acres of stunning DNR land and only a couple minutes drive from historic Sauk City, WI and its many great restaurants. Enjoy great views and 2 miles of hiking trails, personal fire pits and private campsites with access to large pavilion and many communal spaces. Founded in 1979 Cedar Hills has a long history and large community of regulars some of whom have maintained and added to their sites for decades, making this place truly a labor of love. 

Large sections of this campground are clothing optional, and the whole campsite is strictly 18 and above. Cedar Hills is LGBTQ friendly.

Bear Hill

Just add  LULU 5th wheel one slide out on site#2 (the Jayco is gone)  

 Bear Hill is a pet friendly fenced in three acre get away, minutes away from Wisconsin Dells and the Upper Wisconsin River. There is a park model camper at $125 night sleeps 2-4 adults/ 2-3 kids.

Tents are available for $20/ night extra with the rental your kids of any age can tent it But PLEASE bring your own sleeping things and relaxing. Let us help you explore the river from a boat or we have 2 kayaks and (1) 2/3 person canoe. Rent or bring your own and we will guide you to where you want to go. Enjoy campfires and grilling and games with family and friends. Feel free to enjoy the local night life as I offer a designated driver to get you home safe and worry free. This is where the road ends and the country begins. Dells River Cruise. we do accept credit cards.

FOR A LITTLE EXTRA FEE  you may be interested in asking Kevin about a couple Kayak's or the canoe we have. We can drop you off and pick you up at our favorite Swimming Hole. WE also have a boat Kevin can take you out on for an upper Completely Private owned Fenced in property Camp Ground.
