No need to choose site beforehand, just book and you can choose your site once you arrive as your party will be the only ones there to enjoy the great outdoors! After Memorial Day, there is a porta potty on site. There is a large firepit and plenty of wood for fires (when there isn't a fire ban). There are trails all over for walking or there are trailheads just a short drive away if you want to hike. The river is a 30 second-1minute walk from the campsite. Perfect area to pitch a hammock and enjoy the sounds of nature. The campground is 5 miles away from the Mazama Store which sells amazing food (sandwiches, pastries, cookies, and the famous Sea Salt Baguettes). There is also a portable basketball hoop and a tether ball pole. Group rates available. SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER and MAY campers: There is no water, however you are still welcomed to camp.

This property is a great camp for enjoying everything that Eastern Washington outdoors has to offer. The Columbia river is in the valley below which provides fishing and watersports. The property is adjacent to thousands of acres of State and federal land which are free to explore. Winter tends to bring significant snowfall which makes this a great destination for winter sports as well. The property sits on top of a mountain plateau known as Harmony Heights. The site is about a 20 minute drive to Brewster or Pateros and about 40 minutes to Lake Chelan. This is an fairly large site and will accommodate two RV's as well as plenty of area for tent camping. There is plenty of good spots to play with dogs without any conflicts. Despite the existence of year round residences and cabins this area is still very wild so you have a chance of an encounter with any critter that is native to the forests and prairies of North Central Washington. This includes but is not limited to the occasional bull snake, rattle snake, badger, black bear, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, coyote, wolf, mountain lion, bobcat, as well as all kinds of birds including blue birds, hawks, owls, turkey, chukar, ravens, Hungarian partridge, quail, and forest grouse. Bring a field guide you will be happy you did.

We have two 50 amp full hook up sites as well as a third site that welcomes tent campers too. The third site has 30 amps and water, with sewer available as an "Extra" for RVs that want a full hookup. It also has our "Soon to be famous" Beach Outhouse. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We will be happy to recommend the finest day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area. The Lazy C does not have cell service. The closest cell service can be obtained 20 miles away in either the town of Tonasket or Republic. That said, wi-fi calling on most cell phones work just fine. Nearby the recreational opportunities abound.
