Discover the most magical spots to pitch your tent or park your rig on your next Rasar State Park adventure.
Discover the natural splendor of Rasar State Park.
The Rasar State Park is located on the west slopes of the North Cascades. This park of 169 acres features 4,000 feet of shoreline. Hiking trails run along the banks of the Skagit River, through the campground, as well as back into the wooded forest of cedar, maple, and fir. From the park, you may happen across views of the beautiful snow-capped Sauk Mountain. The park is a great spot for wildlife viewing all year; keep a lookout for eagles, especially in the fall and early winter!
The ideal time to visit Rasar State Park is during the summer months, from June to September, when the weather is warm and the park is fully accessible. Winter visits can be magical with the snow, but some areas may be closed due to weather conditions. Always check for alerts before planning your trip.
