Black Horse Ranch

The main cabin and bunkhouse on Black Horse Ranch are located at the 
fork of Hunters Creek and Moose Creek in a secluded valley.  The cabins 
are powered by 100% green energy through the hydro power facility and 
solar panels.  The cabin has crystal clear, spring-fed water running to 
it with all the comforts of home!  An adjacent bunk house is available 
next door and can sleep an additional 5 adults.  The cabin and bunkhouse
 come with numerous amenities including: air conditioner, hot water, 
high-speed WiFi, LCD TVs with Blu-Ray players, wood stove, wood-fired 
Chofu jacuzzi and small refrigerators.  The 1,600-acre ranch
 is gated and provides breath-taking views, trails, fishing at the trout
 pond, hiking, ATV riding and is only minutes from the Lake Roosevelt 
recreation area in the town of Hunters.  The roads provide easy access 
to all areas of the ranch, and all areas are open for exploration.Learn more about this land:The cabins are comfortable, off-grid, and very secluded!  We have all the ammenities and it's easy to forget your miles from a paved road! 

This rocking chair was the sweetest way to enjoy the sounds of nature--literally all we could hear!

The cabin is situated in a valley surrounded by trees and mountains. It is completely secluded and you go through a private gated entrance a mile away, meaning you are the only people within a mile radius!

The interior of the main cabin is fully equipped with a wood fire place, kitchen table, fold out couch, and kitchen. 

There was plenty of wood and tools to build a fire inside!

Green Mantis Farm

Green Mantis Farm is a small family farm on a hillside meadow with picturesque scenes of pastures, valleys, forests and mountains. We raise predominantly Border Leicester sheep on 40-acres of grass pasture using organic, sustainable methods. On our farm we also raise chickens and geese for eggs and meat. Vegetables crops are for ourselves aside from large porcelain garlic bulbs for seed. Sustainability is important to us. The farm is completely solar powered. Water comes from our well and heating is from wood sourced locally.

Tombstone Ranch

Tombstone ranch is a working ranch composed of 21 acres with 1/3 grazing land 1/3 water 1/3 forest. We have an aquifer that comes to the surface of crystal clear water that you can kayak on. We raise cattle, have horses, chickens, pigs, turkeys and golden retrievers. Situated in a little valley by itself, secluded serene and you get the feel of serenity and peacefulness here. Also great for bird watching as we have over 100 different types of birds. Learn more about this land:Bring your RV or pitch your tent on our 21 Acres of water, forest and pasture. We have many activities that are available for you at Tombstone Ranch including horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, or hang out with one of the many animals we have on the ranch we have calves, cattle horses, pigs, chickens and a turkey that loves everybody. We have campfires at night very friendly atmosphere for you and your family to enjoy.

SPOKANE CAMPING In The Forest

The property we named GAEA (the old Greek spelling of Mother Earth)
was first seen in a vision. Historically, Deep Creek Canyon was a winter encampment for the Spokane Indians, whose ancestral lands surround us. We feel the healing spirit of the land, in partnership and stewardship. We gather community for Solstice & Equinox celebrations, bringing people together to honor the changing seasons. Our original house was one of the first in the canyon, in the early 1940's.
There’s a map that leads you to hidden features, like the gypsy fortune-telling tea house, a fairy mound at the base of a huge fir tree, a yoga platform, and a Buddha bench for contemplating or conversation.

Hidden Acres Orchards

I'm a 3rd generation farmer, working the same land as my father and grandfather. Hidden Acres Orchards is a 60 acre, u-pick fruit, vegetable, and flower farm. Camp within the luscious fruit tree rows, in the middle of a vibrant pumpkin patch or even in the petting zoo! Animals welcome!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW: We are a real working farm, not like a romanticized IG version of a farm. There are tractors running, sprayers making applications, farm animals loudly enjoying life, day customers picking fruit, and farmers about early in the morning. With that being said, we understand that experience may not be to everyone's liking. Be aware that if you do decide to camp here be ready for a real farm adventure! Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. 

ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, there are no designated spots. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. 

Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. 

Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. 

Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. 

July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. 

MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS.

No Side by Sides (UTV's), dirt bikes, or ATV's allowed to be rallied on the property. We can suggest close spots to rally.
