Learn more about this land: The Farm and the surrounding farms have trees, vegetation, animals, birds, and cattle. One of my great personal experience on the farm was taking a picture of a Bobcat. We have deer and turkeys that roam the farm as well. There is also a natural stream and a pond that we are working on to repair and fill.

Situated on the side of my house, the 80-foot long spot provides ample space for your RV adventures. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8-foot tall side fence where your RV will be parked. The lot is a city sized lot, less than 1/5 acre, but HipCamp won't let me put in less than 1 acre. While my own RV won't be onsite during your stay, parking towards the back allows for privacy and the extension of awnings. Pictures show other RV's and how they fit. Backing in is recommended, and though my 33-foot long RV fits comfortably, larger rigs or backing a trailer may find maneuvering a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate. There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV, and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are conveniently located on the back side of my house. Water is also accessible from the rear. While live sewer hookup isn't available, I offer convenient dumping options to dump gray/black tanks. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. Toby loves company, including other dogs, and has even been around cats with proper introductions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a booking! During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need.
