A trail connects our backyard to the main network of hiking/mountain biking trails in Clemson Forest. Super peaceful spot! The big open field was great for stargazing at night, and there was a set of trees near the pond that worked for my camping hammock. Loved seeing the ducks as I walked around the pond. This is a very well kept bit of land, and I felt like I had plenty of space to enjoy and it was nicely secluded. The most I heard was dogs barking in the distance and the ducks splashing a bit at night. I'll have to come back!

I had a wonderful 2 days, very restful, exactly what I needed. Their dog was curious but not terribly interested, the rooster crowed, as roosters do. The view was terrific. Read the other reviews - the site is on an incline, but we (husband and I) went prepared and managed to level our popup tent. I will go back.

Great campsite with an awesome view! We were able to setup two big tents with plenty of room for everyone. Right after we setup an unexpected hail storm struck and we were glad to have the shelter to ride it out in. The shelter has a mini fridge, A/C, and an electric fireplace. Power, water, and the hot shower were nice luxuries. The walk down to the river was very easy.
