In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. You won't be disappointed for a great breakfast at Tammy D's (Mulino, OR), sandwiches at Humble Pig or pizza at Bear Creek Pizza & Pub.

We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village. Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please add the pet fee which is listed under "Extras" during the booking process.

Cornerstone Ranch

Cornerstone Ranch is a beautiful 500 acre property on the Rogue River, and bordering the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers campsites, as well as a yurt. Horses are welcome, as well pets. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you at "Marchmont Farm". Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. The large Yurt Tent about a 20 foot oval. It is part of the Cornerstone Ranch Hip Camp family of sites on the Ranch totaling 7. In a very quiet part of the campgrounds and having a picnic table under a large pine. We have added 2 twin memory foam mattresses and two camping mattresses in the Yurt along with a few other things to make your stay comfortable while still enjoying the Ranch, Coast and the Rogue River and all it has to offer. The ranch also offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie the Host! She has tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about her guests! Would recommend!"

Ruah Ranch is situated on an old donation land claim and was also the site of nomadic Native American tribes. Abundant wildlife graces our acres as well as the beautiful Thoroughbred horses we raise. You'll likely be serenaded by coyotes in the evenings and may catch sight of them during the day. Three different species of raptors frequent the skies above the ranch and beavers have established outposts along the stream. Beautiful thoroughbred horses will greet you every morning from their nearby pasture while you enjoy your coffee in the shade of the trellised Wisteria. Silver Falls State Park is a short drive away where you can enjoy hiking and biking and even guided horseback rides. The Oregon Gardens are just a bit further north on the outskirts of Silverton and many wineries dot the landscape all around. If you like horses we’ll be happy to give you a tour of the ranch and introduce you to the resident equines, many of which have horse racing royalty up close in their lineage.

Welcome to Sunset Bay Meadows! We have several tent/RV sites, a yurt, and one group camping site. Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

RV View Spot has an amazing view right outside your door. It has lots of green grass for pets and children to run and play, or just sit in your lawn chair and enjoy the spectacular view. In fair weather, enjoy moseying through our 13 acres of century old oaks, swinging in antique tree swings with amazing views, and picnicking in our private park or playing a round of 20-hole miniature golf. This is a working ranch with goats and nearby cattle. Therefore, we have livestock guard dogs whose job it is to bark at coyotes and let them know that they are not welcome on our property. Expect to hear the dogs warning potential predators to stay away, especially at night. Our ranch is located less than 30 minutes from the picturesque and historic cities of Silverton, and Mount Angel. Nearby nature attractions include Silver Falls State Park, The Oregon Gardens, Champoeg Park, Feyrer Park and many more. To the north you can enjoy the scenic town of Estacada and its many nearby city, county and state parks for boating, hiking, fishing, and site seeing. We are also a short, breath taking, hour and a half drive to either Hood River and Mount Hood recreational activities or the beautiful Oregon coast.

These qualities, as well as impeccable grounds and expansive views of the charming countryside, will no doubt attract and retain happy campers. The location is in farm country at the edge of the Cascade foothills between Mt. Angel and the Marquam area, with expansive views to the east of the Cascade Mountains all the way to the coastal mountains to the west. Magnificent sunrises and glorious sunsets, as well as the beautiful, fertile Willamette Valley countryside, will be appreciated by all Hip campers. As a result of being in farm country, you may hear irrigation guns occasionally operating during the summer. We're 30 minutes from Silver Falls and Champoeg State Park where there's scenic bikeways and trails. A few minutes from the Tulip Festival in the spring.

Micone Ranch

Our place is 28 acres, and you can camp in a variety of locations. From spring to fall, do not drive into the upper field, there is a stop sign on that gate. Even if the gate is open do not enter, it is irrigated, and you could get stuck and cause property damage. Our niche is that we only host one group of people at a time. Whether you are a solo camper or a group of 50, you will never have to compete for space with another group. This also allows for increased safety for single women, elderly, and others who want increased safety. Keep in mind that winter brings snow, and we have a small bridge to cross and a slanted driveway. We are open year-round but make sure your tires can handle our terrain. Our driveway is immediately off Ontario Heights Rd. Google sometimes tells people to turn on Grand View Lane. Do not do this as there is no access to our property from that direction. We have a 300-gallon trash bin next to our mailbox that says camp host. Our driveway is immediately across the road from there. The gate is latched but not locked on the left side. Initial fee covers a spot for one sleeping structure. Add any additional tents/rv/vehicles used for sleeping. You can add extra sleeping structures under the extra tab. Included in options to buy is RV power hook up and EV overnight charging. A small somewhat muddy creek runs through the front of the property year-round. The water is clearer during the winter and spring months. Cleared spots in this area are available in the non-snow months are small so only tent camping in this area is recommended. It is densely wooded. We do have goats in this field, but they are generally shy. Oregon has an invasive poisonous weed called Water hemlock. If you plan to camp in this area, please familiarize yourself with this plant so you can avoid it. Camping areas have been cleared of this plant but if you wander along the creek you will encounter it. Other camping areas that people have liked are up top by the top field gate, or down in the field that our large chicken coop is in. There are no large animals in those areas, but chickens do make noises. Up top we have roosters that make noise about 5 am. The lower field on the right is the quietest. If you have children camping near the house is recommended. The bridge at the entrance to our property is 11' wide, which should allow a standard 8' RV to pass into the property. If you own an extra-wide RV's you should check its width before booking. Extra-wide RV's can park outside the property if you just need a place to park. Look us up on Facebook under Micone Ranch. This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 tree's and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on July 1-4th. Cornerstone Ranch is a beautiful 500 acre property on the Rogue River, and bordering the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers campsites, as well as a yurt. Horses are welcome, as well pets. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you at "Marchmont Farm". Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. The large Yurt Tent about a 20 foot oval. It is part of the Cornerstone Ranch Hip Camp family of sites on the Ranch totaling 7. In a very quiet part of the campgrounds and having a picnic table under a large pine. We have added 2 twin memory foam mattresses and two camping mattresses in the Yurt along with a few other things to make your stay comfortable while still enjoying the Ranch, Coast and the Rogue River and all it has to offer. The ranch also offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie the Host! She has tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about her guests! Would recommend!"

We are just off the main highway between Milton-Freewater and Walla Walla Easy to access for all size RVs on all paved roads. All campers are welcome to pick a spot on our spacious lush lawns surrounded by fragrant lavender fields. Pets are welcome and feel free to wander our alfalfa hay fields and long rows of colorful lavender. We are close to all the area attractions, wineries, golf courses, restaurants and historic sites Crockett Road Lavender Farm an active lavender producing operation and a country themed lavender boutique is on site if you wish to shop! One note--We do not have full RV hookups. Both Hipcamp sites on the farm do have water hooks. And, in a pinch, we can get power to you if absolutely needed. But there are no sewer hookups and no official electricity hookups.
