Next door to this property is a BP Station and Carryout. The Loves Truckstop has a Wendys, Subway, and dog park. Sheets also has a food court. All within walking distance. Great location as Columbus is 30 min to the east, Dayton is 25 min to the west. 13 min to I 675 and 20 min to Interstate 75 N/S. I 71 N/S Columbus is 35 min away in downtown Columbus... Our farm boasts three stocked ponds, walking paths and trails as well as cattle, goats, horses and other hobby farm animals. Bring your own kayaks or canoes and check out the ponds yourself. Or throw in a line and see what the catch of the day is! Enjoy unobstructed views of our beautiful midwestern sunrise and sunsets. Prior to our family purchasing the property back in 2007, the farm served as a third generation apple orchard. Many of those trees are still around in our three orchards, plus some new additions over the past few years. Not only do my husband and I call the farm home, my parents and sister do as well. We would be happy to host you here on our 130 acres of rolling hills and hay fields.

We have a farm field to our left and farm fields and woods to the rear of our property. Deer roam through our property daily. We are a few minute drive from Prairie Oaks Metro Park where hiking and water activities are available for those with kayaks or canoes. Water and 30A electric is available, but no sewer. Must have your own bathroom.
